Pineapple belt and nut buttons?

Can fashion be sustainable? Absolutely, says Matea Benedetti, Slovene fashion designer who is internationally known for her creations made from sustainable materials. In the fifth episode of Studio Triglav, our fashionable guest not only explains that waste from pineapples, apples, wood or plastic bottles can be used to make beautiful creations, Matea even showcases them in the studio. Together with Nik they head on a "fashion adventure", in which Nik turns into a model, and at the same time learns the main laws of sustainable shopping and clothes use.
Ciril, who is currently discovering the greenest cities in Scandinavia and beyond, calls in the Studio and gives us highlights from the last 14 days on the journey. In the otherwise 'flat' Copenhagen, Ciril puts on Elan's skis, which are specially dedicated to the Mission Glacier, and descends on artificial grass. Where? On the roof of a power plant that is capable of converting 440,000 tons of waste into clean energy annually. Crazy!
So many stories are written on the Studio Peking and Studio Triglav journey, so if you’d like to be up to date, we strongly suggest you watch the new Studio Triglav episode.
