#2 »Katja – Ciril«
Katja Koren did a great job on the last Saturday in February 1994 in Hafjell, Norway, with the Olympic slalom challenge. Slovenia won the bronze medal. Legendary memories! Almost 28 years later, Ciril stood on the Olympic slalom course. Can he improve Katja's time? At first glance, despite the preparations at Copenhill, not too easy. But Ciril is resourceful. Challenge completed.
By the way, Katja's successors will compete in the slalom on February 9th in Beijing. Ana, Andreja and Meta, you have it. We cheer!
3# »Nik – Rok«
What Planica is for ski jumpers is Rogla for alpine snowboarders. The Zreče's Pohorje is also the second home for Rok Marguč, who will be competing in the Olympic Games for the fourth time this year. In the heart of the Pohorje forests, just over 1,500 meters above sea level, they competed against Nik in a parallel match. Not on the Jasa route, but on the Path between the Canopies. Although Nik "trained" with young surfers in Ljubljana at the beginning of the month, Rok was even more sovereign in catching his balance. Challenge completed.
By the way, Rok will compete in the parallel giant slalom on February 8th in Beijing with his teammates Tim and Žan. Guys, you got it. We cheer!
